Melbourne based, Penny has led both regional and global teams and has market experience across ANZ, Asia, the UK and North America. Her strength is identifying and nurturing talent and building high performing teams that push boundaries.

Mitch Lawson
Mitch Lawson has nearly 20 years experience working in marketing across progressive and traditional categories,
having led the strategy across all functions and variations of marketing in his career to date.
Specialising for much of this time in technology, SaaS and high growth environment’s Mitch brings with him the ability to quickly distill complex challenges into simple and potent strategy than can be applied across all marketing functions - from advertising to partnerships and acquisition to advocacy.
Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Mitch has been based primarily from Melbourne, Australia since 2006 and has worked globally across markets including ANZ, Asia, the UK and North America.
